The good news is that engorged breasts mean that your milk is coming in, so keep up the good work! If baby cannot latch, or if you still feel full after she finishes nursing, use a breastpump or hand-expression to soften your breasts and get more comfortable. My newborn is just 2 days old. My breast’s are so hard and engorged she is having trouble latching on. Help I feel like a failure already
